Ever heard of the saying, life is a b*tch?…LOL.
I thought there will never be a book that will make me emotional other than Vampire academy, but no this litle book, drove me 5 emotion/km from the very first page to the last.

Plot

We can shed blood to protect our faith; we can shed blood to protect our land; we can even shed blood to protect our sweat. Those were the words of a mad man, who thinks he understands life.

Borri automaticaly as become Oluwadara’s home, he lived there is whole life, he eats and speaks like a northerner, he visits his home town once in a life time. At the age of sixteen life decided to pay him a visit, few weeks after the death of his mother, rioters led by Mallam Rimi (the mad man) burst into their home, killed his father and sister, he was lucky to escape when the house was set ablaze.

His only aim now is to move down south, to Kenta in Abeokuta, his home town to be with those left for him as family, but to do that he needs funds, he visited one of his father’s friend, who welcomed him with open hands for one day and discarded him the next for fear of his own life. Now life’s out stretched hand as almost caught up with him, he need to act fast, so he can be with the one he loves.
